Team Core Values:
Winning Attitude – C-2 Circusians possess a winning attitude in everything we do – from the way we play to the way we treat each other and our opponents.
Perseverance – when things don’t go our way, we have to learn to overcome certain obstacles in order to be victorious in the end.
Aggression – this is not necessarily violent in our nature, but our willingness to out hustle our opponents in every aspect of the game. A lot of weaknesses can be made up with our hard work on the playing field.

Team Goals: (No More than 3)
Win Regiment – Considering this is our first time playing Handball, I think this is a very realistic goal. As long as we practice hard and play aggressively, we can definitely win.
Build trust – we believe that building trust leads to building unit cohesion. Without trust, we cannot learn about each other and play together as a team.
Improve Ball Handling – We think one of the weaknesses our team will have is our ball handling skills. We think a lot of game flow will be indicative of the ball handling and passing that occurs in the game in order for us to run up and down the courts.
